UC-IUC 2023 (Phase out) - Institutional University Cooperation with Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST)

TZ2023IUC029A101 01/09/2023 - 31/08/2025 During the phase out period the programme will focus on the following; concluding of three PhD scholarships, carrying out the programme closure event and an international conference, dissemination and valorisation of research results, administrative and financial closing and support programme final evaluation. On the other hand, efforts will be put towards competitive proposal writing for funds acquisition to enable continuation and sustainability of VLIR-UOS investments. The programme will provide interim support to the operationalization of the Banana Research Center (BaRCE) that is taking over all banana related research and value addition.
