Notwithstanding all the efforts in re-starting the IUC into a 2Nd Phase, finally no agreement was found with the new UMI administration to continue with the local project team and activities. The period between 1 January and end of August 2024 was thus turned into a Phase Out project of the IUC with Moulay Ismail University, IUC which had as objective to strengthen UMI as a driver for regional change in the Fez-Meknes region.
