BE2022ICP214A105 01/09/2022 - 31/08/2027 INTEGRADE is an educational network, stemming from the ‘Oceans & Lakes’ MSc programme in Flanders, which will promote research and management of marine and freshwater ecosystems worldwide through training at MSc level in Flanders and three continental hubs, in Africa, South America and Asia respectively. It valorises the decadal international expertise in ‘Oceans & Lakes’ of the organising universities in Flanders (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Universiteit Gent and Universiteit Antwerpen) and the programme’s network of alumni. Apart from organising joint courses, both theoretical and field-based, with participation of South partner students, lecturers and alumni, it will deliver in its BLUEPRINT section courses and course formats for transfer and adaptation to specific regional contexts. Through its Oceans of Opportunities, Rivers of Ideas (OORI) network activities it will continue to bring together its alumni. In this way INTEGRADE will be an incentive for go-to research-based quality education in South partners.
