Overall developmental objective : To improve general public health in Tanzania via an improvement of food safety Overall academic objective : To improve research and training capacity at both SUA and TFDA with respect to mould infestation and mycotoxin occurrence in agricultural commodities and at TFDA with respect to risk analysis.
