General

To build an Latin American regional academic network capable to offer an PhD programme in Public Health Main aim of this project is to build a Latin American regional academic network, based on existing inter-institutional good relations, focusing in creating conditions for offering a high quality PhD programme in Public Health at national and regional level. IPH holds important experience in implementing postgraduate training programmes in public health, but recognises that it´s capacity to develop a doctoral programme by its own is still limited. For these reasons this project aim to strengthen and formalise networking activities to boost synergies, enhance common strengths and bridge individual weaknesses of participating academic institutions in order to prepare a PhD programme that will be ready to be offered at regional level in 2017.
