SWITCHING THE POLES
A programme to build capacity in developing countries for research, training and policies in human and animal health in order to strenghten the rational basis and ownership of their health systems.
Overall objective : To strenghten the rational basis and the country ownership of health care systems and policies in developing countries, in order to improve the health status of the populations and thereby contribute to the reduction of poverty and inequity.
Results
To build, reinforce and support appropriate and sustainable capacity in developing countries to conduct research, training and delivery of reference services in order to meet het overall objective.
