General

The programme' Market mainstreaming through competitive, compelling, representative and inclusive member organisations' is a rural-urban market facilitation programme, which offers survival- and growth-oriented family farmers (FF), small-scale entrepreneurs (SSEs) and women and young people a lever in selected value chains. Growth-oriented family farmers and small-scale entrepreneurs will be strengthened in their competitive position and growth, while member organisations will be equipped to integrate the economically poor, young people as well as women into growth and allow them to develop in their own way.

Results

In the Philippines, Trias wants to see 11 directly and indirectly supported sustainable member organisations acting as active actors in society, strengthening their members, especially the poor, women and young people, on personal and professional level, improving their market participation, questioning the balance of power within society and contributing to a more inclusive global society.
