De globale doelstelling van het VVOB-programma 2008-2010 bestaat erin een bijdrage te leveren aan duurzame menselijke ontwikkeling van en armoedebestrijding bij kwetsbare doelgroepen in de partnerlanden door middel van de verbetering van de kwaliteit van onderwijs en vorming.

The Early Education Programme is a partnership between the Ministry of Education an Training, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and VVOB.The objective is to provide all learners equal opportunities to enhance their further education and future. The programme was build according to the needs of the partners and is focused on teacher training and teacher professional development.
