De globale doelstelling van het VVOB-programma 2008-2010 bestaat erin een bijdrage te leveren aan duurzame menselijke ontwikkeling van en armoedebestrijding bij kwetsbare doelgroepen in de partnerlanden door middel van de verbetering van de kwaliteit van onderwijs en vorming. VVOB is committed to strengthening the capacity of partners who are active in continuing training and initial teacher education and providing a better link between education and the labour market.
