Holistic strengthening of development, organisational and institutional capacities of and at partner organisations which are instrumental in effectively contributing to national accomplishments for the benefit of workers set out in specific country objectives of partner organisations in the field of social dialogue and workers' rights - by raising awareness, training and activating people, developing appropriate concepts and materials, and developing and implementing adapted strategies, structures, systems and internal policies.
Results
Reinforced national trade union partners promote workers' rights and social dialogue in their country - with a special focus on (specific groups of) poor and vulnerable groups of workers and with a transversal focus on gender, environment/climate.
