Objectif spécifique de l’intervention 2 (OS2) est le suivant : “Le renforcement de l’Etat pourvoyeur des services de base pour sa population par un appui au système de santé en faveur des femmes, des jeunes et des enfants” The project aims to strengthen the state as a provider of essential services for its population, focusing on healthcare for women, youth, and children in Senegal. This governmental cooperation is led by Enabel, the Belgian development agency. The program's implementation strategy focuses on progress towards outcome and output level results. The project aligns with the Ministry of Health and Social Action (MSAS) and the Delivery Unit for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health. It also collaborates with various other organizations such as the European Medicines Agency (EMA), National Agriculture Development Fund (FNDASP), and Green Innovation Hub (GIH). The project's scope includes institutional strengthening, resource mobilization, implementation modalities, monitoring, evaluation, capitalization, and audit. It also involves financing by other European actors. Potential partnerships for implementation are yet to be defined.
