Public Financial Management support to support socio-economic transformation through effective and accountable public finance management

The focus will be on further improving digitalisation, domestic revenue mobilisation, capacity building at decentralized level, but also to improve further the evolution towards result based budgeting and to further strengthen Rwanda's aspirations in climate and gender smart budgeting. The PFM support aspires to contribute to overall service delivery improvements As a transversal attention considering that the main implementation modality is through national systems, the portfolio integrates a continuous attention and support to Public Finance Management (PFM) through a multi donor basket approach, while actively continuing the support to both the Rwandan public sector actors and the development partners in the broader PFM policy dialogue.
