The Urbanisation programme. Inclusive and climate-proof urban development of Rwandese secondary cities, also known as CLIMURBA, is a multisector project focusing on urban development and management in Rwanda, initiated by Enabel through governmental cooperation. The project aims to promote inclusive and climate-resilient urban development in secondary cities across the country, with a projected duration from 2024 to 2029. The scope of the intervention encompasses various aspects such as multisector urban development and management.
