Access to quality reproductive health care is strengthened, with a focus on sexual and reproductive health and the fight against gender

Support the implementation of the national health sector policy and health strategy, and the current and future sub-sector strategies, in particular on MNCH (Maternal, Newborn and Child Health), Family Planning-ASRH (Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health), NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases) including Mental Health and Nutrition. The alignment to national strategies will strengthen the sustainability of this support. In Rwanda, the sector of Population & Reproductive Health, specifically focusing on reproductive health care, is the focus of a project aimed at strengthening access to quality reproductive health services. This project, initiated by Enabel in cooperation with the government, is scheduled to run from 2024 to 2029 and is funded through grant financing. The project's objective is to improve sexual and reproductive health, including efforts against gender-based violence. This intervention falls under the top sector of Population & Reproductive Health (13xxx).
