Evaluation of the Belgian fragility approach

Policy-supporting and strategic evaluation. Using external evaluations, the SEO is aiming for independent and substantiated findings. These findings can be used by policy and administration to refine or adjust the Belgian fragility approach on the one hand, and for its propagation and application at bilateral – governmental and non-governmental – and multilateral levels on the other. The evaluation aims to produce concrete and applicable recommendations that can contribute both at policy and operational levels to optimising the Belgian fragility approach.
