Impact study to consider whether a temporary limit on the production of biofuels could ease the food crisis and what options would be possible.
Results
The study would seek to quantify costs for relevant stakeholders, including biofuel producers, as well as benefits for the populations most exposed to high food prices. The study would seek to and provide an informed and quantified basis for decision making, for policy makers across the spectrum of positions on biofuels.
