Boosting Equal Learning Opportunities (WeLearn)

Results will be achieved through three pathways aiming at improving access to and successful completion of four years of quality lower secondary education. The Boosting Equal Learning Opportunities (WeLearn) project, implemented in Uganda within the Education sector focusing on education policy and administrative management, aims to ensure the right to safe and quality education and health care for vulnerable groups including children, girls, women, and refugees. The project's scope involves improving access to and successful completion of four years of quality lower secondary education through three pathways. This is part of the bilateral portfolio 2023-2028, funded by DGD as a grant under ODA financing type, managed by Enabel.
