Expertise Portefeuille Palestine 2022-2027 The Expertise Portefeuille pays Palestine 2022-2027 project is a multisector aid initiative in Palestine, funded by the Belgian Development Agency (Enabel) under the supervision of the Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD) of Belgium. The project's objectives, detailed in a specific cooperation agreement, are to be implemented over the period 2022-2027. The agreement establishes a Joint Committee for policy dialogue, progress monitoring, modifications, additions, adjustments, and directives related to the bilateral aid program between Belgium and Palestine. The project's scope includes various forms of cooperation such as technical assistance, training activities, grants, loans, shareholdership, debt relief, or a combination thereof. These activities will be jointly conceived, prepared, planned, implemented, monitored, and evaluated in an integrated and goal-oriented management cycle consisting of four phases: identification, formulation, implementation, and evaluation.
