ARCF- Sine-Saloum, is a business development service initiative in Senegal, specifically within the sector of Banking and financial services (24xxx). The project is funded by Enabel, with Belgium's cooperation, both public and private sectors included. The project aligns with Senegal's national development priorities and the Belgian Development Cooperation strategy for 2019-2023, as outlined in the Senegal Emergent Phase II (PSE II 2019-2023) and various sectoral strategic plans. The project aims to strengthen the financial, technical, human, and social capital of businesses in the Sine-Saloum region. The project's scope includes feasibility studies and operational funding, with a focus on enhancing the competencies of local enterprises. It also involves creating a glossary of technical terms and a methodological note for baseline realization, consisting of three phases: preparation, data collection and treatment, and analysis. The project is subject to annual and final reports detailing context, interventions, results achieved, lessons learned, and future improvements.
