To ensure that the ecosystem resilience is maintained to sustainably provide socio-economic and environmental benefits to local communities in Kigoma Region A bottom-up approach for decentralized NRM for LED that includes the strengthening of the role of regional authorities and service providers for an effective and efficient implementation of a regional NRM for LED plan in Kigoma Region.
