This intervention intends to contribute towards enhanced capacity development for improvement of public service delivery in South-Africa. It aims to support and pilot new ways of delivering public service. The intervention strategy is to develop and implement a grant facility that will support a range of targeted initiatives, aimed at building the capacity of the South African public service for improved frontline service delivery, i.e. services directly delivered to the public Front-line public service delivery is improved
