Support to beneficiary institutes to the skills development of their human resources in Uganda

Evolution of the system of granting scholarships on an individual and isolated basis into an integrated capacity development project. Selected institutions in health, education and environment sector are targeted by providing support to the human resources capacity development process of their staff. In order to ensure a common approach, the ministries of the 3 priority sectors and the Ministry of Public Service will be supported in the development of policies, set of procedures and practical tools regarding human resource development. Improved service delivery of Ugandan institutes and organizations of Education, Environment and Health sectors through capacity building activities. Improved service delivery of Ugandan institutes and organizations.

Increased skills of human resources of selected beneficiary institutes in the health, education and environment sectors.
