General

To enhance regional trade and integration in EAC, more specifically targeting cross-border trade with DRC TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is a non-for-profit organisation created by DFID. DGD is funding TMEA since 2008 through DFID. The organisation is facilitating trade and regional integration in East African Community (EAC), working closely with EAC Secretariat, national authorities (5), private sector and civil society. DGD is supporting TMEA more specifically in Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda. Targeted component in Rwanda is "Cross-border trade with DRC".
