To ensure universal accessibility (in geographical and finacial terms) of quality health services for all Rwandans
Considering the positive trend in the Health sector, Belgium has decided to extend its support to Rwanda (ICP 2011-2014). Health Sector budget support is currently implemented beside project/programme approach. 32 MEUR were planned under BS, where 23 MEUR have been paid so far (30/10/2015) (5 MEUR (JHSS II bis)+ 9 MEUR (JHSS III a) + 9 MEUR (1rst instalment - JHSS III b).
